This was an unanticipated storm that hit Saskatoon on Friday night. I wasn’t expecting it. I heard some areas were flooded briefly and some parts of a certain underground next to Midtown Plaza was just too wet for us to get there. We took the 2nd option instead. That was on Saturday morning. Explains the thunderstorm on Friday night. It occurred around 10PM. My dad saw some of it too. Even my mom saw some of it. My sister returned to her apartment that looked more like a house just before the thunderstorm hit. The storm did minor/minimal damage and was pretty tame compared to a hurricane that hit Bermuda or some other Central American country. At least we were pretty safe.
