This is Nusakoro Pandora's theme
name "Arcane Augur"
from Touhou Fan-Made "Sapphire Panlogism".
Name changed from "Alien Augur" to "Arcane Augur".
her ability can be summed up in one sentence:
"Great Magic of the Power of Words ~ Starry Wisdom".
her danmaku is... bizarre,
but I suppose that that's the point.
her theme also belong in the same group as heian alien and hartmann's youkai girl and the likes.
So her mission was to retrieve the tablet from Ummu to give to the one who imprisoned her for losing the war.
But she failed, and now she seeks help from within gensokyo.
Now it make a whole lot more sense why she was frowny the entire fight.
In the end Akiwaza stopped chasing her though so that's good for her.
Makes me wonder why didn't they just kill her.
Did they see this coming or something?
Her head is at the left side of Sakkagumi's portrait.

พวกเขาก็เลยปล่อยตัว Nusakoro ให้ไปต่อรองกับพระเจ้าเอาแผ่นศิลานั้นมา
แต่แน่นอนอยู่แล้วว่า Ummu ไม่ยกให้
Nusakoro จะกลับไปมือเปล่าก็กลัวเพราะไม่อยากโดนขังอีก
ก็เลยเข้ามาในเก็นโซเคียวขอความช่วยเหลือ
สงสัยอยู่ว่าแล้วทำไมพวกเขาไม่ฆ่านางไปเลยตั้งแต่แรก
