Let me explain the name. It's very poetic.
So she's a soldier who fight until her last breath, protecting her emperor and the kingdom.
She could not stop the flow of history.
She woke up again in an unfamiliar era. She is now a warrior without a true battlefield, fighting for ideals that may no longer have a place.
So she fights against the destiny, the fate itself.
万钧 = Ten thousand Jun (30 kg, metaphorically means heavy as fuck) = Sheer amount.
肝胆 = Liver and gallbladder, idiom that means courage and resolve = Will.
挞 = Lash, cuz she wields twin whips.
神 = God.
鸣 = Loud roar, thunderous voice.
She dares to fight back against the fate itself. With her "sheer will", she "lashes against" the fate, the "god's thunderous voice".
Godless God, I believe, just means that she's basically like a god herself right now. But she has no emperor to serve now. So, Godless God.
