Southern Style Crowder Peas and Turnip Greens
1 1/2 Pound Bag Frozen Crowder Peas
Bunch of Turnip Greens (or other bitter green)
2 Slices Bacon
Enough Ham (or chicken) Stock to cover peas
1 tsp. salt (adjust to taste towards end of cooking)
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Splash of AC Vinegar or Pepper Sauce
