The boss fight for Sora in The Grid. For this boss fight focus on counter attacks when he's in melee range. When he moves farther away dodge to the side to evade his disc and then hit him with fire balls. After he flips the gravity he'll leap at you, just tap dodge to evade it. This was on my 2nd playthrough on critical mode difficulty.
