One of the hidden trophies for I Am Setsuna, played on ps4. To spawn this boss you'll have to beat every boss in the ruins without leaving.
These bosses only spawn if you've already beat them previously, which requires doing almost everything else in game. So this will be one of your last trophies on the way to platinum.
