During her commencement speech at Windward Community College, graduate Sophia Kaawa-Aweau shared her journey as a student and the many personal struggles she overcame.
Her story is a true testament to the aloha and support she received from Windward CC, especially from TRiO SSS and faculty and staff. She never gave up, and is an inspiration to her fellow students and the entire community.
