Past Tense | Soothing Night Ambience | 8 Hours Of Relaxing Nighttime Nature Sounds To Help You Sleep @PastTenseRelax | Uploaded 2 years ago | Updated 1 hour ago
Night sounds for relaxation and sleep, best played at a relatively low volume for optimal effect.
Crickets and cicadas chirping in in unison, is one of the natural rhythmic sounds to fall asleep to. This is because these sounds are like nature’s metronome and repetitive sounds, especially lower frequency ones, have a calming effect on the mind and beneficial to listen to when you’re having trouble sleeping at night.
Also, this recording has been edited (by removing &/or dampening down all the sudden harsh squawks, squeals and shrieks) to provide your ears and mind with a protective sound cocoon, with just the right amount of decibel levels to drown out unwanted noise at night. This is because when it’s completely quiet, if you suffer with insomnia, other sleeping disorders or you’re just having a bad night, you more likely to focus more on small sudden noises which can interfere with your ability to fall asleep naturally.
So if you need to fall asleep, or just want to relax and unwind, I really hope these night ambient sounds can be of benefit to you, and as always, thanks for watching and supporting my channel.
