Soo Line Steam Locomotive, #2719 was captured on a photo freight excursion on September 9, 2011 on the Lake Superior Railroad Museum's North Shore Scenic Railway between Duluth and Two Harbors, Minnesota. This locomotive was retired in 2013. The 2719 was a restored Pacific type 4-6-2 built by Alco. You will see many track side views as the train heads through the north country alongside the shores of Lake Superior. We also get an in cab view.
