Today, I'm going to be showing you how to create a cool radar effect that you can specifically use for your video game montages. You can create this effect not only in Sony Vegas Pro 11, but Pro 8, 9 and 10 as well. For this effect, you only need about 3-5 video tracks, and just one simple plugins that comes with Sony Vegas.
