With the Lumix S1II and the Sony FX-2 released shortly after, it appears Sony has an issue with their next FX3 and a7SIII successor FX4 or a7SIV or even a Sony a7V. With the Sony a1II Sony has put a massive price gap between it's 2 best mirrorless cameras for video and will have to work with it's current pricing structure meanwhile the Lumix s1ii sits less expensive that both the Sony FX-3 and A1ii but is arguably better than both for video shooters and only trailing with autofocus and lens eco-system. However, autofocus can be impreved with firmware and the lens ecosystem of Sony is not what it seems.
