By Deadalive, for the Sonic Hacking Contest 2015. This is a strange hack, and shows massive potential that has not been tapped yet. The hack mainly has some moderately changed art in some Zones, new music, based on Sonic 4, and graphics and zones ported from Sonic 1 and 3, with new layouts. Sonic also gains the jump dash, but it does not home on enemies. It could have used a tweaked title screen and level select, but I digress.
All of Aquatic Ru-, erm, Sylvania Castle, in one video. I reset the game, chose Sonic and Tails as a character, and used level select to start where I left off, to simulate how Sonic gets joined by Tails in Sonic 4 Episode II (which starts in Sylvania Castle).
