At long last I have a run I'm content with. My goal was sub 12 minutes, but I will settle with this for now. I will probably get sub 12 eventually, if I get around to it.
This run has many mistakes, but was able to get this time due to the almost perfect Wave Ocean and the very good Mission Select Glitch execution. Crisis City was not optimal but decent (could be 2-3 seconds faster), Iblis Phase 1 was quite bad as it should have been at least 2 seconds faster, Tropical Jungle was the same as it could have been 2 seconds faster, and Wave Ocean would have been perfect were it not for hitting the enemy at the beginning (which I've never done before ironically).
