Managed to beat my super lucky 1'07 that I got in an Any% PB. I wanted to see if the slot machine goes by some sort of global timer in the level, and in both the 1'07 and this run, I went for the blue lever between 21"50 - 22"00, and the red lever between 22"25 - 22"50. Not sure if it's actually predictable, will need to test it further.
