This is a mostly animated mockup of Sonic Spinball, displayed at Summer CES 1993. It shows some still screens of the game, plenty of which seen in the available screenshots for the game. If you listen closely, you'll be able to hear a music track that's not heard in any version of the game we have.
I've had this video in my files for some time, but I could never figure out where the video was sourced from. If one could find out where this video is from in this quality, that'd be much appreciated!!
