Here are all the voice clips that characters say to each other, either as rival banter (at the start of Grand Prix) or when using items and attacking other players.
The rival interactions are first, followed by item hit/receive lines (1:49:30)
I grouped it so that each player character (show in the background) goes through every other character's dialogues. The order is based on the in-game character selection screen!
The game supports both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, both available as YouTube subtitles you can enable. To stay consistent with the game's internal structure, I chose Simplified Chinese as the text source for the rendered video itself. There's no audio difference between these two writing systems. I don't currently plan to add Pinyin or English-translated subtitles, but let me know if you'd want them.

Sorry for taking so long with this! The Mandarin dub for SRCW came out while my laptop was broken, so now that I have a functioning PC again, I tried to get this video out as soon as possible. I'm a bit disappointed by the linebreaks ignoring the manual \n from the game data, but it should at least be okay in the subtitles.
If you'd like to see more videos about other kinds of voice lines from this game, or have any ideas for how to improve the video presentation side of things, please write a comment about it!
Huge thanks to @thesupersonic16 who found the HCA decryption keys for this game. Without them, it would've been impossible to extract all these sounds!
You can find the behind-the-scenes info in the English version's description.
