The second track in this game is Radical City. A lot of running along highway roads, and even a road that leads into a casino spot.
The theme song for this course is "Living In the City".
This song illustrates the busyness of... well... living in a city. So many things to do, places to see, and people to meet. It can be pretty overwhelming! But if you're seeking out a dream to achieve through this huge place, you can't let this get you down too hard. You gotta keep your head up, find people here that you can trust, and seize the day!

From this point forward, the 2nd up to 4th courses of this game contain two Chaos Emeralds each. Radical City has the green on behind a 20 Ring Gate, while the purple one is behind a 50 Ring Gate. You can either get both in one race or one at a time (and this also applies to the Medals).
As for the Medals, if you can get them all and then place in the Top 3, you will get to race a completely new character introduced to this game... *The Tails Doll.*
Not sure why Eggman went for this approach for making his own robotic Tails instead of making a "Metal Tails", but I don't regret it. This is an unnerving contraption that floats around like a ghost. It also has a very odd face compared to the real deal or even any of the other Metal clones in this game.
Defeat Tails Doll in a race, and you'll be able to use Tails Doll for yourself. *If you dare...*
