only huge time loss is 34s in LM3 but I can save at least another 50s throughout the other levels making sub 59 possible.
Actually, after looking into it further I found that Any% on PC is about 2:01 faster than Any% on Wii U and Any% Wingless on PC is about 2:50 faster than Any% Wingless on Wii U.
