When browsing a random Hard Off store in Japan I found this Sonic 3 video tape, and being cheap I bought it and later on found out that it was a 6 minute making-of / history video about the Sonic series made as a promotion for the then-upcoming Sonic 3. The video itself is on Youtube already, however it has not been translated... until now!
