I've been wanting to do this since day 1. I am not a fan of what Sonic Team has decided to do with some of the animations for this game.

Huge thanks to both Skyth and Twilightzoney for making this possible. There are still tons of animations to be replaced. Cutscenes/QTEs will probably stay broken since they would have to be completely reanimated. (as seen in this video)
