This is a proof of concept texture pack using A.I Gigapixel to upscale the majority of the textures in Sonic Colors. The only textures that were touched up manually were the ones for Sonic himself, and one of the save icons. Think of it as a low budget, low effort "Sonic Colors Remastered".

This may be touched up more manually in the future, but I decided to release what I have for now.

How to:
Extract the contents into your Dolphin\Load\Textures folder.
Enabled load custom textures in the Dolphin graphics settings.
