All of the tools I use in this video are a part of LibXenoverse, which you can download here:

in this Xenoverse how to video, I explain the general process of installing mods, I haven’t really made much tutorial content in the past, so I’d appreciate any feedback. If at any point you run into trouble, or need more assistance feel free to ask me for help here in the video comments or via PM. I’m planning on making more tutorials in the near future for Dragon Ball Xenoverse modding. Do you guys prefer it if I do voiceover or if I just do text overlays in future xenoverse how to videos, like I did in this xenoverse how to video? I am planning on making a tutorial on how to convert your own custom models and export them out for Dragonball Xenoverse, as well as to show the general workflow I use when modding Xenoverse. For now I hope that you guys get some use from my first Xenoverse how to video.

First song is by Yannick Jason, second one is by Hinchy.
As an added bonus, here is a basic text version of this guide, for those who don’t want to pause the video:
First off, you have to navigate to your Dragonball Xenoverse directory

Next we grab a few files from LibXenoverse and copy and paste them to our Xenoverse folder

Copy and paste CPKPack.exe and all of the .bat files from LibXenoverse to your Xenoverse folder.

Run extract-data2.bat, the folder it creates will be your working directory.

Now we grab whatever mod you want to install, in this case I want to install the mods I released in this video

Open the folder of the mod you want to install, then copy and paste the data folder to the extracted data 2

This is a personal preference, but to keep things organized like to rename my modded data2 folder to data2_mod, this is useful for when I have to grab the original, unedited files for modding.

If you decide to rename the folder, make sure to right click on pack-data-2.bat and adjust it accordingly. If you aren't renaming our folder, just run pack-data-2.bat

Once it completes, we are finished!
Just go to Steam and launch the game!
Thank you all for watching my first guide on how to mod Xenoverse!
