SMB2 style Marine the Raccoon from a SMB2 character hack I never got around to making despite all of the sprite work being done ( t0ms0nic.deviantart.com/art/Mario-2-Super-Raccoon-Sisters-444658677 ), adapted with necessary extra sprites for Sonic Boll.

Might update with a water-based projectile and palette in the future, instead of reusing the Fire Flower ones.
