This is also a submission to The Sound of Speed, an event celebrating the music of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. Now through July 31st, any Sonic songs done by the Mario Paint community will be compiled into their own playlist.
This was another super-fun song to do. The various bits of percussion and SFX were a bit challenging, but ultimately were some of my favorite parts to get down. In Sonic 3 alone, this is in my top three level themes along with Ice Cap Act 2 and Hydrocity Act 2. This song is just super funky and super groovy, and it never fails to get me jivin'
