This one is actually pretty simple to be honest. There's only really two combos of note - and both of them are actually more notable for the lengthy bat luring than the combos themselves. They start at 2:22 and at 6:20. Getting these combos and all the rings in under 10 minutes isn't that difficult at all either.
But the reason it'll never be maxed is that beyond that, there's so many bumpers that you can hit for small amounts of extra points. But you'll never have time for all of them, not even close. I maxed out as many as I could, but you could always optimise just that little bit more. I'm happy with this though, I'll be surprised if anyone ever optimises this further.
This beats the previous record of 89,080 by 9430 points.

Boom! Managed a clean run here. Nothing overly bad here, would need to get a lot of super good sets to bring this one down more. Took a while to beat this time, pretty happy it ended up being by several minutes!
