"Son of God" is a title given to humans in the Bible, both in the Old and New Testaments. The biblical definition, unlike "Christian" definitions of the 2nd-5th centuries, does not imply deity (i.e., it doesn't mean "God the Son"). "Son of God" in the Bible especially refers to the human descendant of David, whom the LORD appoints as the Messiah, the King of Israel, and of the whole world.
