A few warthogs arrived throughout the day, drinking, relaxing, rolling in the mud, and enjoying what looked like the ultimate spa session in the Namibian bush. But they weren’t alone.
Two jackals appeared nearby, quietly circling and watching the warthogs with great curiosity. They kept their distance at first, then slowly tried moving closer again, sniffing around and seeming very interested in what was happening around the waterhole.
