Although I have several techniques I use to remedy heel flap holes after they occur, I have no idea why I didn't think of this before. A heel flap is a short-row, why not treat it as such?
This an easy way to close the gaps that appear at the sides of a heel flap on common heel sock. This simple technique may be added to any common heel sock pattern.
