Windows 10 comes with lots of built-in troubleshooting tools which can help you to fix issues occurring in different features. But sometimes while running the troubleshooting wizard it doesn’t perform any operation and show a error message like : "An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can’t continue "
Mainly this error occurs due to corrupt system files, or due to virus or malware effect Diagnostic policy service stopped, not working properly ect. Here fallow bellow steps to fix this Error.
Check Windows Diagnostic Policy Service is running properly.
Open Windows Services and make sure the following services are running and have the corresponding Startup type:
Diagnostic Policy Service – Automatic
Diagnostic Service Host – Manual
Diagnostic System Host – Manual
Check for the Windows system file corruption.
