Solo completion of Grandmaster Nightfall Hypernet Current with Verglas Curve and Stasis Turrets on Stasis Warlock - Solo GM - Solo Nightfall - Gilded Conqueror - Verglas Curve - Osmiomancy Gloves - Platinum Rank - Stasis Warlock - Season of the Wish - Destiny 2 Lightfall.
The last GM of this season is Hypernet Current, which is another example of a great unique nightfall, not another battleground. This is the last "real" nightfall introduced into the game. As we have Stasis Surge this week I decided to go with Stasis Warlock with Stasis Turrets and Verglas Curve to keep things fresh and avoid yet another Solar clear. Stasis is very fun to play with, I do not necessarily understand general dislike for this subclass. And Stasis Warlock with Turrets is arguably the most fun out of all. It does need some buffs and consistency improvement though (especially with Champions). Verglas Curve is a good weapon as well, albeit I think that it should generate hail barrage stacks on just precision hits (akin to Wish-Keeper).
As for the other weapons, I am using Ikelos Sniper Rifle to burst down bigger targets and do some damage to the Boss. Lastly, I have Apex Predator solar rocket launcher. Those Solar weapons allow to dip into the solar artifact perk and get some radiant buff here and there. I am mostly dealing with Overloads just with Stasis Turrets and constant fire.
