Solo completion of Grandmaster Nightfall Lake of Shadows with Midnight Coup, Eriana's Vow and Lucky Pants on Solar Hunter - Solo Grandmaster - Solo GM - Solo Nightfall - Eriana's Vow - Lucky Pants - Platinum Rank - Gilded Conqueror - Solo Conqueror - How to Complete Lake of Shadows Guide - Solar Hunter Lucky Pants Build - Season of the Wish - Destiny 2 Lightfall.
I have always loved Eriana's Vow as it is a great and fun weapon, and sadly it has fallen behind in the pecking order and mostly outclassed by other weapons (i.e. Indebted Kindness). So for this run I decided to use it with Lucky Pants. To spice things up I am also using the newly reprised Midnight Coup to have another hand cannon for Lucky Pants when I run out of Eriana ammo. Sadly I have not got many rolls on Midnight Coup yes. From what I have I opted for the one with Kinetic Tremors to have some extra ranged damage against the boss as I fully anticipated not having any special or heavy there, and plincking with any hand cannon would take ages, while the boss is outside of hand cannon range from the cheese spot. Lastly, I have a Solar LMG (Fixed Odds) just to mow down enemies when required.
I used the boss cheese spot to make the run quicker. Also, I skipped the Tormentor section. You can find a no cheese/no skip Strand Titan clear using the link below.
