Solo completion of Grandmaster Nightfall Lake of Shadows with Wish-Keeper on Strand Hunter - Solo GM - Solo Nightfall - Gilded Conqueror - Wish-Keeper - Foetracer - Platinum Rank - Strand Hunter - Season of the Wish - Destiny 2 Lightfall.
I wanted to try out Wish-keeper in GM environment. It's a great weapon and works nicely for crowd control. Sadly, it is severely lacking in terms of single target damage against bosses (at least in its current form), especially when Wish-ender exists. I think it suits Strand Hunter more than anything else as Whirling Maelstroms cover up the lack of bow damage. Having said all that, the Meatball section is horrible and takes forever with this loadout. I even added a Solar LFR into the loadout to shorten the Meatball fight, and it still felt infinite.
As for the build, I have Foetracer to help the Wish-keeper's damage, Whirling Maelstroms and Shackle grenades to apply as much Suspend as possible. As for the other weapons, I have the new Arc Rocket Sidearm (Indebted Kindness) from the new dungeon, and it actually performs really well. I see myself using it more in the future. Lastly, I have a Solar LFR (Cataclysmic) to shorten the Meatball and Main Boss fights. I didn't have enough ammo for the last boss though.
I used the boss cheese spot to make the run quicker for the first clear. Also, I skipped the Tormentor section using grapple. I will revisit it later for a no-cheese run. You can find a no cheese Strand Titan clear from 3 seasons ago using the link below.
