This is an excerpt from a solo for a new guitar song I am writing. I write guitar-based music that draws from rock, blues, jazz, soul, and fusion. Eric Johnson, Pat Matheny, David Gilmour, George Benson, and Nick Johnston are some of my favorite players.
I'm using an Ernie Ball Music Man Cutlass in the video. I am running that into a Universal Audio Apollo Twin, with UA plug-ins such as the 55 Fender Amp and the Studer Tape Machine.
