SolidCore CoreXY: X-Carriage Pulley Stack & Assembly

Here's how the x-carriage idler pulleys stack up and assemble. The GT2 timing belts should run along the same plane as the rails. Depending on GT2 pulley brand used different amount of washers may need to be used. To avoid belt tensioning issues, keep the belt path as parallel as possible with the x-axis with proper spacers to minimize vertical movement of the idler pulleys.

![New Motor Mounts
We finally CNC machined some new motor mounts for the z axis on the Workhorse 3d printer.

What makes this machine unique is that it uses lead screw on all three xyz axis. The all metal design is so rigid that its pretty much a cnc mill. We went with lead screw motion so that we could print with clay, chocolate and use a pellet extruder.
