In this video we discuss the gantry and carriage plate design and talk about how we switched from brass bushings to flange bearings to minimize resonance caused by slop in the brass bushings.

Our Carriage Plates are designed to fit Misumi aluminum extrusion and 80 20 t slot extrusion profile to result in a great linear slide. To be compared with Inventables carriage plate and Openbuilds gantry plate. Variations will be released for wheels shapes similar to V-Wheels for makerslide rail and Openbeam profiles and Open rail.
