this is the large pulser that was used to power the HHO cell in the video HHO gas from 3 VDC. this schematic is posted on our R&D web site lablancinventors.org. See this link: lablancinventors.org/news
Note the SW1 R2 is removed from circuit used and a BNC jack used in place of it to drive it with a function generator. R1 is not in the circuit also along with B1 light.
