Solenis, a chemical company in Low Moor, south of Bradford, West Yorkshire, tested their off-site COMAH alarm on Thursday 7 December 2023. The tests happen every 6 months, on the first Thursday of June and December each year, and run twice on each test day - at 10am, and at 8pm. Each test lasts approximately one minute, and uses the default Klaxon "wail" tone, which starts and ends fairly abruptly. I recorded the second test of the day, beginning just after 8pm.
Apologies for the poor video quality during the test; unfortunately, the 4K version which I'd have otherwise used was corrupted and unusable. I plan to revisit this site in June, for the next test, and record it again - hopefully with better picture quality, and more light!
