Sohrab Ahmari discusses the situation in Iran. Sohrab Ahmari is an assistant editor at The Wall Street Journal opinion pages. Prior to joining the Journal, Ahmari served as a nonresident fellow at the Henry Jackson Society, a London-based foreign-policy think tank. Ahmari is co-editor of Arab Spring Dreams, an anthology of essays by young Mideast dissidents (Palgrave Macmillan, 2012). His writing has also appeared in The New Republic, The Weekly Standard, and Commentary, among other publications. An alumnus of Teach For America, Ahmari holds a law degree from Northeastern University in Boston.

The Program on Constitutional Government is associated with the Center for American Political Studies in the Department of Government at Harvard University. It was founded in 1985 by Harvey Mansfield and William Kristol, and guided since then by Mansfield and R. Shep Melnick of Boston College. The Program promotes the study of the U.S. Constitution and its principles, combining the fields of political theory and American government.
