Al Roker Entertainment works with brands and corporations (as well as non-profits), to help them message out the good things they do. We help them by introducing storytelling - usually through first person narratives - to make their corporate social responsibility more relatable, using linear and digital programs that better inform the viewer while also telling immersive stories. (We recently won a NY Emmy Award for "Side by Side - A Celebration of Service" presented by Northwell Health, chronicling the work performed during the early days of the pandemic by medical health workers, veterans, and first responders. This program aired on WNYC in New York in 2020).
At this year's Social Innovation Summit, NBC personality Al Roker discusses this storytelling approach with Susan Jin Davis, Social Impact Officer - Al Roker Entertainment, and Keith Gordon, Chief Executive Officer - Fight For Children (non-profit) based in Washington, DC
In addition to the discussion, Al and his panel show examples on video from Fight For Children, The American Nursing Association, Life Aid Research Institute, The Musial Awards, and Northwell Health.
Panel produced by Jon Burk (jon@alroker.com)
