Throughout late December and January, I have been experimenting with ‘being my own algorithm’ as a way of improving my digital hygiene. We’ll go into more depth about that in just a sec but essentially - for me - what this has meant is pre-curating a content bank to work through throughout the month and only watching videos from that. Essentially, dodging the infinite scroll trap.
