Moving on from our overnight stop just outside of Skye we head over the bridge and onto the island itself, from there it’s just under an hour and a half drive to the ferry terminal at Uig. We arrive far too early but that allows plenty of time for a look around and a chance to relax before the ferry arrives and we’re able to board for the sailing over to Tarbet on Harris. Once we dock we drive off the MV Clansman and are stunned by the scenery that greets us on the way to our 1st stop on Lewis at a community woodland area, join us as we have a good look around before settling in for the night.
We’re Rick, Heather & our dog Poppy & we travel the U.K. in our S&L Apollo campervan.
We film places we visit & also any work done to our van, our videos are filmed in a diary style for our memories but we're happy to share with you if you want to watch.
We also occasionally review products & any product review is clearly marked as such so if reviews aren’t for you don’t feel you need to watch those.
