Leaving Laxdale campsite in Stornoway we firstly have a very important mission to carry out at MacLeod MacLeod before we move on to our next destination and park up for the night. On the way we visit a former now abandoned RAF base and have a good look round (it seems it's not just the base that's deserted though!) from there we continue to a beautiful lunch stop along the Reef Loop and on to the "Bridge over the Atlantic" at Great Bernera before parking at Bosta beach for the evening.
The drive to and from the RAF base was so good I've saved that as a separate following video which should you want to watch it will be following this one but doesn't need to be watched to enjoy the trip itself I just didn't want to lose the footage.
