1. Climb up the ledge as far left as possible
2. C-Up so that the first Heart lines up with the first black line
3. Pull out Bomb and hold L. Once link gets pushed let go of L.
4. Wait until the 5th red, and pull out the Item Menu.

5. Once you get one of the frames, hold up and cancel the Item Menu

Optional: You don't have to do the jump at the end, but if you want to do it, tilt the camera left slightly and then hold right.
