I'm having a lot of fun lately using a rifle with iron sights only for my invasions!
I could not see any AI left and there were a few traps. But to be fair, I never ventured very far from where I spawned and the player did do one objective during the match - I might have just joined when the player was close to finishing the mission. I'm pretty sure he was on the ship the whole time.
Cut out 30 minutes of looking, listening, sneaking around and defusing mines.
