This one took a bit of setting up. You'll have to go to the radio tower and shoot the truck that enters the map there. Look down that road and shoot it as soon as it appears - it will still be well outside of the playable map. Usually 3 infantry will exit and stand around the truck. Make sure the truck has enough damage or else they will board their vehicle again and depart. After you've done that, leg it to the top of the bunker by the launch pad and take the shot. Good luck!
