The SNIA StorageAI Community is dedicated to fostering storage for AI use cases, with the overarching goal of creating a standards-based eco-system for AI storage and adjacent technologies. StorageAI will coordinate all AI-related SNIA activities including those for education, technical development, business development, marketing, implementation, and conformance and performance testing. StorageAI will seek to coordinate SNIA’s activities with other standards organizations in the industry that are driving related technologies. StorageAI is an expression of SNIA’s belief that standards create a long-term viable eco-system that allows participation by many industry contributors. This is critical to establish now as AI technology is advancing at an extremely rapid pace.
