Here is a high-light video of our "Intro to Prosthetic Transfers" Series. This series of videos teaches you how to sculpt, cast and create prosthetic transfers for use on actors. We cover basic sculpting techniques including sculpting bullet holes, wounds and scars. We then create a plaster mold that can be used for latex and/or gelatin prosthetics. Latex and gelatin application and painting are covered in these videos. This is a very important step for a makeup effects artist who want to learn the basics of prosthetic transfers.
