Another look at SMTKO's NPCs. After all, the NPCs I made are pretty flexible, so I decided to actually give them more stuff to say, and give them some new graphics. Shock! NPCs actually comment on the plot now! And a few even give hints.
Graphics are based on SMAS SMB2, but with hat styles like in SMRPG. The female toads are also based on Toadette (having a dress and "pigtails").
Heisanevilgenius contributed the ninja toad in the second hut.
