SMOKING BISHOP

Another in our series of Regency drinks - this time we present Smoking Bishop - a delicious drink made with roasted oranges, Port and cloves.
This presentation was originally created in support of Teel House, Norwich, Connecticut.

If you want to ring the changes: make the drink with Champagne and it becomes Smoking Pope - with Madeira it is Smoking Cardinal.
