Another song from our popular workshops (this one from our Pride and Prejudice themed workshop for 2026 at the Jane Austen festival at Bath - the tune will be familiar to dancers as Le Boulanger. This is the only dance identified by name by Jane Austen:
Letter 5th September 1796 and also in Pride & Prejudice by Mrs. Bennet when giving her account of the Meryton Assembly.
